• Airline may be Fly Nas / PIA / Saudia / Shaheen / or any other Airline.
• Meet and Assistance in Makkah / Madina / Mina / Arafat.
• Transport Buses from Jeddah Hajj terminal arranged through Muallim / Saudi transport Company under the procedure of Saudi Hajj Ministry Without interference of Organizer or his Coordinator at Haji Camp in Jeddah / madina
• Ziarat in Makka & Madina
• Hajj Training and Guidance in Pakistan & Saudi Arabia.
• Muallim Maktub # 7 to be near Jamarat.
• Faimly Room Facility in Makka and Madina Hotel may be Available on Prior request (Subject to availability & Sharai Mahram) but in Azizia seprate sharing accomodation for Ladies and Gents will be provided and no faimly room facility will be available in any case. Mattress in Mina With Pillow and Blanket will be provided to each Pilgrim.
• Private Wash Room for Ladies and gents exclusively for Khatm-e-nubuwwat Hajj Group.
• Breakfast Lunch and Dinner Served in Mina (Subject arrangement / availability).
• Break Fast & Lunch in Arafat.
• According to instruction of Pakistan Hajj Minsitry the train service between Mina / Arafat / MuzdalfIa is mandatory for all private and govt Hujjaj the Bus / train service will be provided under procedure by "Saudia Muallim / Naqaba / Moassasah, Est.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Khatm-e-Nubuwwat Hajj Group has estimated a toal expenditure of Rs: 275,000/- for 20 days. It does not include Airfare. We are charging Airfare of last year that is Rs: 107,000/- in case of any change in fare same will be adjusted.

The details of arrangement and services provided by us for 20 days Package will be as follows:

• Accommodation in Makkah.
• Accommodation in Medina.
• Air Line Ticket.
• Moalim. (Maktab No. 17)
• Accommodation for 20 days.
• Breakfast / Meal. (during stay in Medina meal will not be provided)
• Transportation. (To be arranged by Moalim)

Terms and conditions

• All Pilgrim with Khatm-e-nubuwwat Hajj group (PVT) LTD, Shall be bound to follow stricly the schedule of Arrival & Depature provide by the mangement and must follow all rules and regulation of Pakistan / Saudia Government.
• Package Dates subject to availability of Seats from Airlines
• The Package Cost is calculated at an exchange rate of 25 Pak Rupees Per Saudi Riyal. (Amount may be incresed due to exchange rate).
• No Pilgrims is allowed for Hajj Who has already gone since last five years except "HAJJ-E-BADAL" or in case of Mahram of female Pilgrim who did not perform any Hajj before.
• Without Mahram no application of any female is accepted . Moreover with one Mahram , maximum four feamles are allowed.
• Females , whose expected delivery dates , near to Hajj days are not allowed.
• In Hajj 2012 the "Qurbani" is also included in the package.
• Khatm-e-nubuwwat Management will provide Abaya for female and it is compulsory to wear during the complete Hajj period.
• The management of Khatm-e-nubuwwat hajj Group (PVT) LTD has reserve all rights in connection with Hajj application Forms.
• It is compulsory for each Male / Female to attend all Hajj Program at karachi centre and also during the Hajj period in Makkah , Madina & Mina.
• A mutual agreement is mandatory to be signed at the time of Submission of original Hajj Forms with company.

PAYMENT MODULE

• Advance Rs. 200000 / per person is to be paid at the time of registration in company
• Total Balance Payment to be paid at the time of filling the original Form.
• Payment should be through cross cheque / Payorder in favor of Khatm-e-nubuwwat Hajj Group (PVT) LTD.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellation to be accepted before Ramdan subject to replacement availability & approval fromMinistry Religious of Pakistan.
• If cancellation in Ramdan then only Air fare is to be refunded (After the Approval of Airline).
