By the Grace of Almighty God the booking for Hajj-2011 has started. Khatm-e-Nubuwwat who is providing services to the pilgrims for the last 23 years is determined to serve again for Hajj-2011.

Management is offering TWO packages like last year. The first package is for 40 days. The flight schedule will be provided by the Ministry for which PIA operates its special Hajj Flight.

The Second Package will be around 18 to 22 days. Pilgrims of this package will travel on schedule flight and tickets will be purchased directly from the Airlines.

PACKAGE 1
Khatm-e-Nubuwwat Hajj Group has estimated a total expenditure of Rs: 350,000/- for 40 days including Airfare. The Ministry has given Airfare of Rs: 75,000/-. In case of any change in Airfare the total package will be effected.

The details of arrangment and services provided by us for 40 days package will be as follows:

• Accommodation in Makkah.
• Accommodation in Medina.
• Air Line Ticket.
• Moalim. (Maktab No. 17)
• Accommodation for 40 days.
• Breakfast / Meal.
• Transportation. (To be arranged by Moalim)

PACKAGE 2
Khatm-e-Nubuwwat Hajj Group has estimated a toal expenditure of Rs: 275,000/- for 20 days. It does not include Airfare. We are charging Airfare of last year that is Rs: 107,000/- in case of any change in fare same will be adjusted.

The details of arrangement and services provided by us for 20 days Package will be as follows:

• Accommodation in Makkah.
• Accommodation in Medina.
• Air Line Ticket.
• Moalim. (Maktab No. 17)
• Accommodation for 20 days.
• Breakfast / Meal. (during stay in Medina meal will not be provided)
• Transportation. (To be arranged by Moalim)

Terms and conditions

1. If the Ministry / Airline makes any change for increase or decrease in the Airfare. Same will be adjusted from the pilgrims.
2. Pilgrims are bound to follow the arrival and departure flight schedule which is provided to them by the management. They are also responsible to follow the laid down rules and regulation of Pakistan and Saudi Arabia Government.
3. The departure of all pilgrims belong to Khatm-e-Nubuwwat Hajj Group will be only from Karachi.
4. The Management has not yet finalized the accommodation in Makkah but in any case the distance from Haram Sharif will be approximately 500 meters.
5. The accommodation in Medina will be finalized after getting the flight schedule. However the distance from Masjid Nabvi will not be more than 200 Meters.
6. The Hotel or Building for accommodation will be as per the Tasreeh of Saudi Ministry. The gents and ladies will be distributed floor-wise and they will be staying separately. There will be facilities for attached as well as common bathrooms. This year on heavy demand and with the approval of our Ulema we shall offer separate rooms to pilgrim. It will be strictly on the basis of subject to availability and on first come basis. Pilgrims staying in one room must be related as SHARI MEHRAM. The extra amount for separate room will be as follows.

   Double Bed Room : Rs: 20,000/- Per Person
   Triple Bed Room : Rs: 15,000/- Per Person
   Quad Bed Room : Rs: 10,000/- Per Person

7. Khatm-e-Nubuwwat Hajj Group provides Abaya for its female members which is mandatory during journey.
8. It is the responsibility that everyone should be familiar about the various step of Hajj. Khatm-e-Nubuwwat Hajj Group provides a complete session of training in Karachi before leaving for Hajj. The continuity of training also remains in Makkah and Medina. All the male and female members are always advised to attend the session without fail.
9. If due to certain reason intending Haji cannot travel and perform Hajj in all these cases only Meal expenses will be refunded. However if the Ministry gives permission for substitution case, then only Hajj Form fee will be deducted and remaining amount will be refunded.
10. Women expecting pragnency during Hajj will not be allowed.
11. This year Qurbani is not included in our package. Pilgrims are requested to carry enough fund for Qurbani and personal expenses.
12. Application from lady alone will not be accepted. One person can accompany maximum four women as Mehram.
13. Those has performed Hajj during last five years will not be allowed this year except in case of “HAJJ-E-BADAL” or as Mehram accompanying lady (performing hajj first time).
14. The Management reserves the right in respect of Hajj Application Form.
