In hajj 2009 a quota for 300 pilgrims were allocated to us. We offered TWO packages, Long Duration and Short Duration.

LONG DURATION:
It was a package of 40 days with the facilities of accommodation, Air Fare, transportation, food and Ziarat.

SHORT DURATION:
It was a package for 21 days. It also included accommodation, Air Fare, transportation, food and Ziarat. As per the agreement meal was not included during stay in Medina but we arranged in this year (2009).

Qurbani was not included in the package but we helped and assisted to the pilgrims who desired to sacrifice animals.

Flight schedule for long duration was arranged by the Ministry. Pilgrims who opted for 40 days departed on PIA flight PK 1125/01NOV and arrived on PK 8236/12DEC. the pilgrims on short duration departed on PK 731/15NOV and returned back on flight PK 732/06DEC. The Chief Executive was accompanied with Long Duration whereas the Director escorted the Short Duration pilgrims.

The arrival and departure were supervised personally by Chief Executive and Director. The staff and worker of KHATM-E-NUBUWWAT who were on duty were deployed specially to look after the function. At Jeddah Airport the groups were met, assisted and escorted upto our hotel DALLAH BARKA in MAKKAH. Welcome sessions with light refreshment / drinks were offered and rooms were allocated immediately.

We hired completely TWO Floors in hotel which was distributed floor wise for gents and ladies. The Hujjaj who requested for separate room were allowed strictly after confirmation of MAHREM.

In hotel breakfast, lunch and dinner was arranged daily on Buffet system. We have our own system of cooking on Pakistani style. The cook accompanies us every year from Karachi and menus are selected in advance.

Our MOALIM was in Maktab Number (7) Seven near jamrat and below Kubri khalid bridge. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were arranged in MINA. In ARAFAT we made arrangements for Breakfast and Lunch. Our Ulema delivered Speeches / Beyanat and Finally DUA by MUFTI KHALID MAHMOOD in ARAFAT. After sunset we started from Arafat towards MUZDALIFA. A systematically group wise transport arrangements with seat by seat facility to pilgrims were supervised and followed. No one was found standing in bus during the whole journey. These all process was monitored by Chief Executive and Director personally.

The pilgrims were escorted by bus from MAKKAH to MEDINA and were allocated pre arranged accommodation. The arrangements for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner were same as it was in MAKKAH. Ziarat of holy place were arranged. In MAKKAH our accommodation was in DALLAH AL-BARKAH. We hired completely two floors in hotel which was distributed floorwise for gents and ladies. The Hujjaj who requested for separate room was allowed depending on its availability and strictly after confirmation of Maharem. The distance from Haram Sharif was not more than 400 meter from HARAM SHARIF. In MEDINA accommodation was in REHANA MUBARAK the distance from HARAM was hardly 150 meters.

We are constructing wash rooms for ladies & gents in MINA for the last three years. No one except the group of KHATM-E-NUBUWWAT was allowed to use the washroom. In 2009 separate wash room service was provided which was very much appreciated by the pilgrims.

In Hajj-2010 we are planning to offer much better services to our Haji. We are always very clear about our package and nothing will be hidden from our respectable pilgrim.
