FORMATION OF GROUPS
Before departure pilgrims are divided into different groups with one group leader. This group usually consists of 45 to 50 persons. During training and coordination meeting group leaders are introduced so that, every one should know their group leader. As a matter of fact Group Leader is a link between the management and member of his group to assist and sort out any problem. Group Leader is not hired or paid any extra amount. They are selected keeping in view their past experience and capability of supervision.

MEAL / FOOD
Meal for all is prepared in one place - Break Fast, Lunch and Dinner are served as per schedule time during stay in Hotel / Building. Pilgrim on short duration usually stays four days in Madina during which Meals are not served. We also provide Meal in Mina and Arafat.

ACCOMMODATION
Management is very particular to follow the existing rules of Saudi Arabia. Ladies and Gents are provided accommodation separately floor wise. The building or hotel for accommodation is arranged within 500 meter from Haram Shareef, different size of rooms having 3 to 5 bed is allocated to pilgrims with the consultation from Group Leader. Some times more than one building or hotels are arranged and management decides the proper distribution of accommodation which must be acceptable to pilgrims. In Madina pilgrims are accommodated in MARKAZIA nearly 200 meter from HARAM.

SPECIAL FACILITIES
i. In Mina and Arafat, we build / provide separate Washroom every year. No one except Khatm-e-Nubuwwat Group is allowed to use the same. Generally as an average 16 washrooms are arranged for 5000 hajis whereas we provided 16 washrooms in the year 2007, 2008 and 2009 exclusively for our pilgrims.
ii. We carry basic medicines with us. Besides the doctors traveling with us voluntarily offer their services and arrangements for the consultation, however for any illness of serious nature our staff is always available there to arrange ambulance and hospitalization of the patient.
